What do I need to get my business online? |
There are three things you need to get your business online.
- A domain name - Your domain name is your business address on the Internet, (like thinksales.com.au for example). It will be used for both your web address and your email addresses. Not having a proper web address is like buying a phone but not having a phone number.
- Web hosting - In order for your website to be available on the Internet for people to see and browse your site needs to be hosted on a web server. Every website needs to be hosted, think of it as renting space on the Internet to store your website.
- A website - A website comprises a collection of computer files which may include text files, photographs, a database, video, animations, web pages and other files. These files are linked together and referenced by a URL (Unique Resource Locator), usually your domain name. The website is the part we are offering for free.
In order to see your website, update the content and receive email you will also need an account with an ISP (Internet Service Provider), such as Telstra, Optus, iPrimus or many others. |

Any business or individual with an ABN (Australian Business Number).

- How people found your site (e.g. from Google, Yahoo, Facebook, or any other website)

We also have a professional level stats package available for a one-off setup fee of $66.00. This package includes information like how many visitors you have had to your site, how many are first time visitors and how many are repeat visitors.

How do I update my website? |
You will have access to a secure Content Management System that will allow you to update any of the text or photos on your site.
The CMS is simple to use. You will receive an easy to follow help manual and you can always get free ongoing support via email.
If you can type an email and if you can resize and attach a photo you already have the skills you need to update your site ... it's that easy. |

Once all of the details are finalised your site will be ready for you to start adding your content within seven days.

Updating your site is very easy using your Content Management System. You will also receive an easy to follow help manual and, if you need more help, unlimited support via email.

How do I get started? |
Simple.
Select the design you think will most suit your business from among our sample designs.
Go to our Order Online page and choose your prefered payment method.
Enter your details into the order form and submit it.
Make your payment using your selected option.
As soon as your payment is processed we will upload a "Coming Soon" page for you.
Start collecting photos to use on your site and thinking about what you would like to say.
As soon as your site is ready (maximum seven days) we will email you all the information you will need to upload and manage your content. |

What are the payment options? |
You have three options regarding payment for your website hosting, and/or domain name registration.
1/ Debit or Credit Card via PayPal - This is the quickest and easiest option, you can pay securely with your VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card. When you click the Pay with PayPal option the PayPal website will open for you to make your payment.
If you have a PayPal account just login and complete your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account click on the "Pay with a debit or credit card" link and follow the instructions. You will receive a payment confirmation by email. More Information
2/ Cheque or Money Order - When you select this option a page will open with a tax invoice for the total amount. Please print this invoice. The mailing address and other details will be on the invoice. You will also receive a copy of your invoice via email within 48 hours.
3/ Direct Debit - If you would like to pay your hosting fees monthly select this option. We will post you a direct debit form. You will need to enter your bank details, sign the form and post it back to us. Please allow 7 - 10 days for processing.
